Privacy Policy

Import Global LLC operates this site as an internal inventory tool for its own staff. This page describes what the site records about the people who use it.

What is collected

  • Account details. A username and a hashed password, created for you by an administrator. There is no self-registration.
  • Session cookies. A signed, essential cookie that keeps you signed in, and a companion cookie holding only its expiry time so the page can warn you before it ends. Both expire within 24 hours of inactivity and within 7 days in any case.
  • Server logs. The IP address, requested page and time of each request, kept for security for up to 30 days. Sign-in attempts are logged by username and IP address for 14 days to limit repeated failures.
  • A theme preference stored in your own browser.

Business data

The tool holds product-level inventory, sales and purchase-order data for the company's own sales channels, retrieved from Amazon's Selling Partner API and from the company's own spreadsheets and reports. It is used only to plan restocking.

What is not done

No advertising, no analytics or tracking scripts, no sale or sharing of personal data. The site is hosted on a server operated for Import Global LLC in Germany, and data leaves it only to the services named above.
